Curren behaviour:
When installing with python3 -m pip install wal-e[azure] the version from November is installed rather than the version currently on GitHub which includes a very welcome fix for compatibility with the latest version of Azure library (rather than an old and buggy pre-release version). The README states that it depends on azure==3.0.0 but it is not the case when installed via PIP.
Expected behaviour:
When installing with python3 -m pip install wal-e[azure] the latest version (matching the readme) should be installed.
