Windows: Install NodeJS from here (Use LTS Preferably)
Download the github code
change the credentials in the .js file
open a CMD terminal in the folder where you've put the files and type in "node freiendbot.js"

This vrchat Friend and Invite bot is distributed as-is, with no guarenty it will work or will not get you banned
