I think this is probably worth merging ASAP, it will likely clear up a lot of confusion. Thoughts @rafaelvcaetano?

Selecting BIOS files is not required to use the emulator because it already comes with an internal BIOS and firmware. If users are having problems playing games, that is not likely to be the cause. However, a custom BIOS is required to play DSi games, so making that explicit could be helpful!

That's really weird that it's not required, because I did not select the use custom BIOS option, and yet I was required to install a BIOS to prevent HeartGold from crashing when loading.

I replicated this behaviour on two different phones on clean installs of melonDS-android.

The emulator specifically crashed on this line for example when I didn't have a DSi nand file set up when attempting to load Heart Gold:

So I think this is likely a regression in that case if this isn't the intended behaviour.
