My simple implementation of HTTP proxy server.

Details

• Kqueue is used for asynchronous writing and reading messages from sockets.
• Server supports HTTP caching (only ETag).
• Every client will be disconnected from server after 10 minutes doing nothing.
• Multithreading added.
