Radiometric Raster converter

Script to convert radiometric resolution of raster data

Steps to execute:

Clone repo
Install requirements.txt
Put the rasters (.tif) to convert inside of folder /images
run on terminal python radio_conv.py "parameter"

Parameter

Need to put the resolution to convert (8 or 16) bits
