Minor modification rewriting troubleshooting/issues links to use markdown a bit differently. My goal is to enhance the following aspects:

Better maintainability: it can be replaced only per item instead of twice if it changes.
Better visual: Links will be aligned to the right and occupy the same width.

Also added the following modifications:

Declared the code section as a bash script for better visuals.
Included the information that a Facebook account is needed to access one of the support links.
