What does this PR do?
Remove openai from example notebook and llm.py class. Simplify notebook layout and highlight additional packages that need to be installed.

Ran both examples on the notebook ( recipes/llama_api_providers/Using_Externally_Hosted_LLMs.ipynb )
(I used my own access tokens)
