Proof-of-Concept implementation of a basic version of YASHE' scheme by Bos et al. The code is not at all optimized and does not guarantee industry-level security. It is just a toy-implementation of the scheme that I implemented to understand the scheme. The code has been written in C++ with PARI library for long integer arithmetic.
