针对部分安卓4设备，exoplayer播放视频卡顿的问题，改用ijkplayer播放。
在本地用凤凰卫视测试效果良好，播放流畅。其他频道因为自己编译的apk，获取不到播放地址而无法验证效果。
但是为了兼容sdk17，而去掉了armv8支持，因为armv8版本的ijkplayer需要sdk21。
