Why not replace the tvg-id with RTL.de ?

Because on their website the channel is named "RTL 9", without any other data than the incorrect EPG, so it might be a mistake on their website.
To prevent wrong information showing up in the future, I think it's safer to remove it. There's plenty of other guides with the proper informations for RTL.de.
