Welcome to the Tachiyomi-Desktop! This is an Angular and Electron-based application that allows users to read manga on PC platforms. The app provides features such as browsing manga, managing a library, tracking updates, and more.
- Library: View and manage manga added by users, organized in a grid format.
- Updates: Display the latest updates or releases for manga in the user's library.
- History: Track the user's reading history, including completed manga.
- Browse: Explore and discover new manga titles based on categories, genres, or recommendations.
- More: Access additional features, settings, and customization options.
- Node.js (v12 or above)
- Angular CLI (v12 or above)
- Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/hlaxkar/Tachiyomi-Desktop.git
- Navigate to the project directory:
cd Tachiyomi-Desktop
- Install the dependencies:
npm install
To run the app locally in a development environment, follow these steps:
- Run
ng serve
for the Angular development server. - Open a web browser and navigate to
http://localhost:4200
to access the app.
To build the app for distribution on PC platforms, you can use Electron. Follow these steps:
- Run
ng build
to build the Angular app. - Run
npm run electron-build
to build the Electron app.
The built application will be located in the dist/
directory.
We welcome contributions to improve the Manga Reader App. To contribute, please follow these steps:
- Fork the repository.
- Create a new branch for your feature or bug fix:
git checkout -b feature-name
. - Make your changes and test thoroughly.
- Commit your changes:
