Access Team Template Mover

This is a XrmToolBox plugin for moving Access Team Templates across different Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments. Using the plugin, it supports followings:

1. Exporting access team templates from an environment and save as a file (useful if instances are on different networks)
2. Importing the exported template file to another environment (useful if instances are on different networks)
3. Directly transfer from an environment to another environment

The plugin is successfully tested against Dynamics Version 1710 (9.1.0.9429) online (Wave 2 enabled).
