Here is a list of LateX templates for various kinds of documents and environments. They are meant to be used to help people to create images using enviroments native to packages that work alongside Latex like Tikz and Tikz-Feynmann
The ThesisTemplate.tex file should build out of the box, provided you take the entire folder and it's subdirectories. It should give you a 23 page document which shows you how I handled various aspects of the thesis style including but not limited to: the overall structure of my thesis; the part structure and special pages; the font style; command shortcuts; fancy initial lettering and numbers at the start of each chapter; and how to handle references.
