This is a program that displays your CPU's HWID. It is also open source!
This can be used for a number of reasons, but it is intended to make your life easier since to manually get your HWID you would need to dig into Windows internal settings to find the machine's HWID.
Note: VirusTotal has 2 false postivies, it is showing these 2 detections as the program goes through your internal PC info to find the HWID. But, you can always reassure yourself by going through the actual files as the program is open source!
