Describe the bug
OTS specification defines timeout procedure for reading and writing objects. Those are not implemented but are mandatory if OACP Read and Write procedures are supported.

Object Transfer Timeout Procedure

  • Object Transfer Timeout – Object Being Written
  • Object Transfer Timeout – Object Being Read

To Reproduce
Execute PTS tests: OTS/SR/OTD/BI-04-C or OTS/SR/OTD/BI-05-C

Expected behavior
Timeout procedure is performed and tests pass.

Impact
Following Bluetooth qualification tests are affected: OTS/SR/OTD/BI-04-C or OTS/SR/OTD/BI-05-C
