感觉更像是采用了随机失活所抛弃掉的方法，尽管这样说可能有点刻薄了。另外预训练那一块论文也没详细说明

论文里方法和Dropout很像，但是完全不是，但是实现过程中还是采用类似dropout的方法，只不过dropout像是动态失活，这个是静态失活
