Public Boards: Make cards non clickable?

I am looking for a Padlet alternative and like to share ressources on public boards. So far Wekan seems to be the best options (there are hardly any, though). One thing that bothers me a bit that a lot of unnecessary info is displayed on public boards and this might confuse non-technical users.

So my questions:

• Is there a way to block access to the settings (Hamburger menu)?
• Is there a way to make cards non-clickable?

Has anyone tried this and found a way to do so? Thanks a lot!

I wish I was so rich. I was hoping for a community answer with some hacks. I am just a simple home user, neither sysadmin nor a corporation :(

You could hide settings menu in sidebar, and comment out clicking minicard at cards/minicard.* . Then build from source like that emoji wiki page above.

But that is only useful at offline network, where automatic Snap Candidate updates are not so important. When at public Internet, having automatic updates is very important, to have newest security updates.

The optimal solution, I think, would be to have a new settings panel called "public bord settings" with the same settings as we have for card settings. What do you think?
