Songs on certain "Ablum Stream" Videos are not being reconized as albums.

Describe the bug
Certain Albums compiled into Youtube videos, and Compilations too, will fail to register as albums / compilations and will treat the entire video as one long music video.

This seems to be the case with Videos that Have timestamps but Don't have chapters recognized by YouTube.

How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Case 1 Time-Stamps are provided but Chapters are not available:

1. Darius + Rotteen - More Adventures 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝑭𝒊𝒆𝒍𝒅𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒑 [Album Stream]
2. See error
3. (OPTIONAL) Click on Web Scrobbler > Edit Track Metadata

Case 2 Time-Stamps are provided but Chapters are available (Expected Behavior):

1. Kitcaliber - Halcyondaze [Album Stream]
2. See Track is recognized.
3. (OPTIONAL) Click on Different Chapters
   3a. Check Web Scrobbler

Expected behavior
Case 2 Explanation: When Timestamps are recognized by Youtube as Chapters, Web Scrobbler will grab the correct information.

Key Moments technically Count as chapters but those are not being utilized by the extension apparently.
