please only support vue2, do not support vue3 #3654

I am vue2 user, when i use 0.37.2, "load script: xxxxxxxx" can do all day, and can not finish
recent version(0.37+) has so many bugs, please, do not support vue3, vue3 has Volar,

Also in 0.37.2, my some vue2 projects, vetur keeps showing in the bottom status bar: load project: xxx,this blocked my all code hints, but 0.36.1 is normal

Unfortunately 0.37 includes both typescript 4.9 and support for script setup. It could be either of those really.

For me, vetur isn't broken per se, it's just very slow.
