Epic games failed to fetch game. Waiting for location error

Hi! I keep getting this error when trying to claim games on epic. Last week it worked fine, any way to solve it?

Post the full log, mine also fails and it's because of the captcha, already changed my public IP and the captcha is unsolvable in the browser.
