Add options in CLI to add Tailwindcss, choose between Typescript and Javascript, to add default packages or not.

Goals

Adding a TailwindCss options is the main feature should be included, I know there is option available to use tailwindCss as template, but it does not provide better dev experience, like Next.js CLI asks all the techs we want to add in our project.

Also, CLI should have an option to choose between JavaScript and typescript.

There is already a template to just start using tailwinds but adding it in CLI will make dev experience better.
