"Who uses Valkey" page

It would be great to have a page where people could show that they use valkey.

Describe the solution you'd like

Based on the contribution model, if someone uses Valkey they can do a pull request to this repo and add their name, logo, and link (optional). It will then show up on the webpage once merged.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Some sort of interactive upload directly from the browser. This would be a lot more complex to pull off with a static site generator.
