Dialog buttons cannot be pressed when "Capture input automatically when window is focused" is enabled

Capture input automatically when window is focused/ is great and has made my experience much better - but it unfortunately breaks pressing buttons when UTM dialogs pop up. When the Failed to save suspend state dialog pops up, the keyboard is captured in the VM window underneath and the mouse cannot be moved. The only solution was to use mission control to switch to another window to close UTM.
