Updating portlet from UI remove categories #2332

Describe the bug
When updating a portlet definition from the import/export UI it removes the categories.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Import/Export portlet
Select a portlet-definition.xml already existing into uPortal with categories (even de portlet definition without change on)
Do the upload
Wait that cached refresh or directly go to cache-manager portlet and clean all cache
go on portlet-admin portlet and edit your portlet definition categories were removed

Expected behavior
Categories should be updated not empty

Platform:

uPortal Version: [e.g. uPortal 5.8.2]
openJDK 1.8.171
