Tool does not support more complex question layouts

The tool strictly adheres to the components in the GOV.UK Design System, which means it doesn't fully support non-standard layouts, like the second option in question 64 of this image:

In this example, the bulleted list has been flattened.

It's not clear that this is a bug as such (standardising and simplifying layouts is often a good thing) - but it highlights the limitations of the current tool, and the necessary role of designers to interpret and reimplement content.
