PC win10
v6.1.67-dev

Steps to reproduce:

Enter the space
Open Build mode
Create a new object using Primitive Builder or add an earlier created model from My Assets
Open the Model section in the Properties
Press the Convert to local model button
Pay attention to the app's behavior

Actual Result:
The app crashes after trying to convert the model to a local
