Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

See #32820. Since touchscreens are more prevalent than controllers, it might make sense to implement this before #32820.

Describe the solution you'd like

Tapping on a boot option should select that boot option. Tapping a selected boot option should boot that option.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The systemd version you checked that didn't have the feature you are asking for

I doubt that EFI has a touchscreen API for the console output, hence this doesn't seem feasible.
