Hello @stefankueng, thanks for this great tool which I just started to use.
However, I realized a strange behavior:
1.) I have configured a one-way sync pair from unencrypted source to encrypted target with sub-folder A with content a.txt and sub-folder B with content b.txt.
2.) I synchronized all folders.
3.) Afterwards, in the unencrypted source, I moved the folder A into folder B.
4.) I synchronized all folders again.
5.) The result in the encrypted target is, that folder B contains folder A and content a.txt (as expected), but there is still an empty folder A in the encrypted target.
I read that CryptSync cannot sync empty folders, but all folders in my source have content, so I did not expect this to happen.
Is there a workaround or fix, so that no empty folders stay in the encrypted target?
Thanks,
Stefan
