[Feature] In tag selection drop-down, sort by usage

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I manually review and tag most of my scenes, so spend a lot of time tagging. Anything that makes tagging easier is good.

Describe the solution you'd like
In the drop-down to select tags, tags should be sorted by usage: when everything else is equal, tags that are applied to most scenes should be shown first

Additional context
Here's an example of what I see when I type "dog"

While "Doggy 9" comes first alphabetically, it's a lot less common than "Doggy Style". It would be helpful to have "Doggy Style" appear higher in the list.
