an arch linux based docker image for snoots to live in.

comes with:

• openssh
• nodejs
• npm
• pm2
• vim
• parcel-bundler

ssh is set up and ready to go yay

if packages get used a lot, they can go in the image so a snoot doesn't have to wait for them to install.
