After downloading certain parts and scenes of the videos, the sound is muted and some parts of the video do not work, not the entire video, even though they work on YouTube without any problems. Please fix the issue. Thank you.

When downloading an entire playlist at once from YouTube.
But when downloading a single video, there are no problems.

I am having this same issue, some videos in playlists will have no audio. For the following playlist, roughly half the videos came out with no audio, while the other half came out fine. The videos that came out with no audio were Minecraft Sucks, Halo vs Dinosaurs, and Shitty Werewolf.

Thank you, this worked. Downloading them as mkv also worked, for any others finding this looking for a solution.
