Feature requests: programmatic close, open & close events

Thanks for the useful project!

It would have a much wider applications if it includes the following options:

• programmatic way to dismiss the notification
• events/callbacks when various operations take place (notification opens/shows/closes).

I'm no longer using Bulma or this package, so I'm not able to add this feature. I would review and merge the pull request if you submit one.

@mohamed--abdel-maksoud I usually go with styled-components or emotion nowadays, even inline CSS works for me, I find bulma to be extremelly heavy for the projects I work on.
