Is there a way to register serializers/validators globally?

It can also be model specific, but should affect all underlying annotations. For example:

import pydantic
import pandas as pd


class Model(pydantic.BaseModel):
    __config__ = ... # Some magic configuration

    time: pd.Timestamp
    times: list[pd.Timestamp]


Model.validate_model({'time': '2021', 'times': ['2021', '2022']})

In the above example, I wish to be able to be handle pd.Timestamp without using a special annotation.
