Option to hide person

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have pictures in my library that I don't want to hide, but I don't want some of those people to appear in the overview.

An option to hide people would be appreciated.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Hiding the photos, but that's difficult as it's on a per photo and not per photo basis and a few hundred photos are affected.

Additional context
Immich does have a similar option, so interface wise, maybe one could get inspiration there.
