solid square over images

whenever i use tiled vae, at the end of the generation, it seems to add a solid colored rectangle over the image. im not sure why or where it comes from. is there something im missing? any help would be great. thank you

This seems to be a known bug, "the last tile hasn't been rendered"
I do not know why this is still not fixed, have a search in the issue list?
