Tip to create background blending together with foreground region prompt control

Hi everyong

I have used this amazing extension for a few months but still struggle to find a good method blending the main background with foreground of region prompt control function. I only can make image render randomly then choose the best blending background to continue

Have anyone find out another way to make background blending more consistent ?
