Guys, is it possible to get the information if a contact is "Online" using Venom?

So guys I'm a beginner here, and as the title suggests, I would like to know if that information is available. Whatzapp has a setting that allows to user not to display the last time they were Online, so it's only possible to know if they have been online if you were looking at their chat at the moment the were Online.
If it's not possible to do that using Venom, what's another way in which that could be done? What kind of libraries that interact with browser are good for that?
