Document settings for embedding models are not properly saving

Bug Report

Description

Bug Summary:
Document settings for embedding models are not properly saving.

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to /documents, click document settings, change document settings, click save, click document settings again.

Expected Behavior:
It should save the selected model engine and model.

Actual Behavior:
Does not save embedding models but seems to save everything else. I noticed in the network logs that it doesn't send anything about the model or engine.

Environment

• Operating System: macOS Sonoma 14.4.1
• Browser (if applicable): Firefox 125

Reproduction Details

Confirmation:

• I have read and followed all the instructions provided in the README.md.
• I am on the latest version of both Open WebUI and Ollama.
• I have included the browser console logs.
• I have included the Docker container logs.

This seems to have been fixed in the latest release.
