As of v2.7.4, and in earlier versions,
when the user clicks on the Remove button of a LocalDocs collection,
the collection is Removed/deleted immediately,
without the program asking for confirmation - as the Importance of this operation really requires.
Suggestion:
Ask the user to confirm their intention to Remove/delete a LocalDocs collection,
because this is an important part of the program's functionality
and the user may click the Remove button all by mistake,
after waiting hours for that LocalDocs collection to be Indexed.
The ideal confirmation message should contain the number of files in the respective collection, and the average file size.
In fact, all operations that can be accepted or declined by the user
should be preceded by a confirmation Yes/No message or should benefit from OK-Cancel buttons -
including changing the parameters of a model, and selecting LocalDocs collections for them to be used in the replies; as of now, both the Escape key and the ControlBox X are acting like OK, which is wrong, as they generally mean Escape/Cancel, not OK.
Thank you for considering this.
