Are they visible from the Web UI?

I'll go ahead and move your report over to the Android client repository though for the time being.

Also, what version of the Android client?

It would also help if you filled out the Issue template fully. For example, your configuration is highly relevant.

I also suggest posting this query on the Help Forum since it could be a config matter rather than a bug.

Then this is a config matter or some general troubleshooting matter it sounds like rather than a bug. Please post on the Community Help Forum (https://help.nextcloud.com). When you do so, I suggest including:

  • your Server config (i.e. output of occ config:list system)
  • the specific Docker image you're using
  • recent Server log entries

To follow-up just in case:

  • Do you know if this function worked correctly prior to a recent update of the app?
  • Are other photos on your Nextcloud Server visible in your Media tab?
