I am currently using gpt3.5 for free after raising gpt4o when the error occurred. Do I need to upgrade to the plus version of CHATGPT no admin?

What is the error that occurred? Can you share the logs if possible? Also, please note that the OpenAI API and ChatGPT are two different products. Upgrading to ChatGPT Pro won't give you access to the API

Error: "There was an error processing your request."
When upgrading to gpt4o, do I have to change the OPENAI API or do I have to pay an additional fee?
