Feature Request: Users vote for features

One thing we always wonder when making a website for our users is "what feature do my users need the most?"

I'm thinking about bringing a global poll system to this package.

It would require a new table "kustomer_features_ideas" or something like that.

Like in Facebook poll, users would be able to vote for an item in the list, or add a new item into the poll.

That way you, as a webmaster, always have an updated list of the most wanted features from your users.

I'll probably work on this first, because the Live Chat feature is too time consuming for me at the moment.

Any feedback on this is most than welcome :)
