Describe the bug

The result of the CLUSTER KEYSLOT command is inconsistent with the result of the redis command

Steps to reproduce the bug

do the command CLUSTER KEYSLOT CLUSTER KEYSLOT "Hm{W\x13\x1c" in garnet and redis, you can see the result
the garnet:

Expected behavior

Looking forward to the same outcome as Redis
