iam copying 3gb , 8000 small files, from f drive to pendrive , i check mutithreading but it takes 1 hour 20 minutes for 8000 small files (total size 3gb)

if have not, can you check the package small files first and give it a try?
Is F drive a SSD on local?
The pen drive usually is the bottle neck here. So I don't think multi workers would help. Try uncheck it.
