If you do, I'd suggest charging money for it in the AppStore.

That way, people can decide if they want to install via Github or via the AppStore (for a fee).

Maintaining an open-source project is always work, and although money from the AppStore likely won't be enough to cover all costs, it's at least a partial contribution to the project.

I'd probably go for at least $50 or $100 for the app (if it's a one-time).

+1 AppStore (for a fee)

If publishing to the App Store is an issue of organizational, logistics, support, or liability issues, let me know. Blockchain Commons would be interested in helping. We currently have Gordian SeedTool (source) available in the Apple App Store for macOS and iOS, for managing and backing up cryptographic seeds and keys.
