[BUG] Replica block stuck at initial state

0.9.70

Describe the bug

The replica block is stuck, the parent block has a conditional where the result is false, which should make moon_3_1 change status to condition failed

To reproduce

1. create a pipeline with this configuration
   
2. add a simple conditional that returns false, example
   
   
   

Expected behavior

1. It should've updated conditional false
2. but currently its stuck on initial
