应该不是卡住，是弹幕挡住了鼠标的点击动作

是不是弹幕下面一小段区域会阻挡点击?

这个区域似乎是随机的，在屏幕的上1/2部分随机出现
双击弹幕后消失

屏幕的整个上半部分都会出现吗? 即使弹幕不在附近?

是的，整个上半部分，即使周围没有弹幕
