Translation documents into Japanese

Dify is a wonderful project because it can integrate AI into various applications and is easy to use even for those without knowledge.
Therefore, I would like that it is used more in Japan where I live, and to create Japanese documentation for it.

What do the maintainers think about this?

If I can proceed with creating it, I will make a new branch and translate the documentation in 'jp' folder.

Hey, hello. It's great to see that the Japanese localization of the Dify documentation is progressing.

Let's both enjoy developing Dify together.

I am sure about how to close Github issue. It's OK.
Now, I am waiting for responding by maintainer.
After that, I will get started to create documents of Japanese edition and close this issue.
