Proposal

Cassandra scaler does not support authentication with TLS certs. The proposal related to adding supprt to enable authentication with TLS certs within the existing Cassandra scaler by extending it, possibly with an additional optional parameters e.g. tls, cert, key where in existing scaler functionality is not disturbed until tls is enabled.
