Allow turning on/off more site adapters

The user cannot turn on or off certain site adapters, like Kagi, Yandex, Startpage etc., while others like bilibili, github etc can be turned off.

Above are all the options available, which is only a subset of site adapters.

I would like the option to turn on or off all site adapters, not just a select few
